The Four Pillars of Our Training
Every session is built around four core areas. Together they produce players who are technically reliable, tactically aware, and confident under pressure — the qualities that matter in New York’s competitive soccer environment.
With a strict max of 10 players, every player is seen. Your coach knows your player’s name, position, and the specific habit limiting their game. No one is invisible — ever.
First touch under pressure, passing accuracy when tired, ball striking mechanics — the reliable skills that NYCFC and Red Bulls scouts notice. Built through correct repetition, not just volume.
88% of the game happens without the ball. We develop scanning habits, decision-making speed, pressing triggers, and spatial awareness — the skills that separate players at NYCFC Academy and Red Bulls MLS NEXT level.
Rooted in the DFB framework that rebuilt German youth soccer and produced a World Cup — the same Germany that plays at MetLife Stadium in June 2026. Now available to players right here in New York.
90 Minutes. Every Detail Planned.
Nothing is improvised. Each session is built around a specific technical focus. Players move from isolated skill to game-realistic pressure — and leave knowing exactly what changed in how they play.
The German Difference
No participation trophies. Players receive specific, constructive corrections that actually change how they play — the kind of feedback that accelerates development in New York’s competitive soccer environment.
Small groups mean more touches per player per session. More repetition under coaching attention equals faster technical development than any large-group format in the city.
Skills are always transferred into small-sided games before the session ends. This ensures what’s learned in training actually shows up on matchday — whether that’s a Red Bulls tryout or a DUSC evaluation.
The same framework used by German professional academies — the system behind the national team playing at MetLife Stadium in June. Now available to players right here in New York.
Built for Every Player
Just getting started or playing for fun? These sessions build the foundational skills that make the game more enjoyable — and help your player stand out when NYCFC, Red Bulls, or DUSC tryout season comes around.
Already playing for Metropolitan Oval, DUSC, New York Soccer Club, or Blau Weiss Gottschee? These sessions sharpen the specific skills your club coaches are looking for — and that evaluators notice at the next level.
Preparing for NYCFC Boys Academy, Red Bulls MLS NEXT, or NYSC tryouts? The technical and tactical work here directly translates to what evaluators notice — first touch, decision speed, positioning under pressure.
Select players who demonstrate consistent progress and commitment may receive invitations to our Hamburg or RC Lens programs — real European club training. While Germany comes to MetLife in June, TM17pro opens the door for New York players to go the other direction.
First Session Just $45.
No commitment. 90 minutes to see what structured, individual coaching using German academy methodology looks like — in New York City, in the summer Germany plays down the road at MetLife.
